By accessing or using the Augment Track website and service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Augment Track provides shipment tracking services for AWBs (Air Waybills), parcels, containers, ports, and terminals. Users pay a one-time fee of $1.00 USD per tracking request to receive real-time updates about their shipments.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Augment Track for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service for fraudulent purposes

4. Payment and Fees

The service fee is $1.00 USD per tracking request. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice.

5. SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive SMS notifications, you agree to the following:

• You will receive recurring SMS text messages regarding your shipment tracking updates and notifications
• Message frequency varies based on shipment activity
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
• You can reply STOP to cancel SMS notifications at any time
• You can reply HELP for assistance
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• We may use an automatic telephone dialing system to send messages

6. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the opt-in process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Augment Track, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ASPIRE TECHNOLOGIES SOFTWARE LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Augment Track is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking information, as this data is sourced from third-party carriers and logistics providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

ASPIRE TECHNOLOGIES SOFTWARE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party carriers, payment processors (Stripe), and SMS providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
